Terms of Service — Face Swap

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Face Swap application ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App lets you create stylized AI portraits and creative photo/video effects from images you provide. All results are generated by AI and are clearly identified as "AI-generated."

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Content & Acceptable Use

You may only upload photos or videos of yourself, or of a person from whom you have obtained explicit authorization. You must not:

• upload or create content using another person's image without their consent;
• create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, or that impersonates others or misleads;
• use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the results you create, share, or distribute.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its templates, and its software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You retain rights to the original images you upload, and you are responsible for ensuring you hold those rights.

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• Cycle: one week, one month, or one year, as shown in the App.
• Payment: the price is charged to your Apple ID / iTunes account upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage / Cancel: you can manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime in your Apple ID settings. Billing, refunds, and renewal are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we do not receive your payment-card details.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content created in the App is synthesized by AI and labeled accordingly. You are responsible for how you use such content and for complying with all applicable laws and platform rules.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
