This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use the Face Swap application ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.
To provide and operate the face-swap and AI image/video generation features; to process your subscriptions and coins; to maintain security, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations; and to diagnose and improve the App. We do not sell your personal information.
To generate results, the photo/video you upload is transmitted to the following third-party AI providers for processing, and is governed by their respective privacy terms:
We share only what is necessary to perform the service you requested. We do not share your media with advertisers.
You may only upload photos/videos of yourself, or of a person from whom you have obtained explicit authorization. Do not upload or create content using another person's image without their consent. All images and videos produced by the App are synthesized by AI and are identified as "AI-generated." Please use them lawfully.
Uploaded media is processed to create your result and is retained only as long as needed to deliver and let you access that result, after which it is deleted from processing storage in accordance with our retention practices. You may delete your local works at any time in the App.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent or request account deletion, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for removal.
Paid subscriptions and coins are processed through your Apple ID via Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by Apple under Apple's terms; we receive only the status needed to grant entitlements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The App's processing and storage occur primarily on cloud infrastructure located in mainland China; by using the App you consent to such cross-border processing where applicable.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.

付费订阅与金币通过你的 Apple ID 经 Apple 内购完成，计费、续订与取消由 Apple 依其条款管理；我们仅获取授予权益所需的状态。
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护你的数据。本应用的处理与存储主要位于中国大陆的云基础设施；使用本应用即表示你在适用情形下同意此类跨境处理。
